Tyler is a smart, driven leader that would bring a lot to any organization. On his first day on my team, he came prepared with a full presentation breaking down opportunities he researched about our company and industry, supported by data. I've never seen that before.

Despite working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment like the emergency department, Tyler is always calm and thoughtful with his actions and words.
