Tyler Janczak
Leading enterprise software into hospitals — and still picking up ICU shifts on the side.
I scale SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, and post-go-live programs across multi-site healthcare environments — the kind of work where the platform has to be live by Monday and the nurses on the floor have to actually want to use it.
Most recently I led a 52-person team at Compass Group running enterprise platform implementation and migration across 100+ venues. Before that, at Cardinal Health, I owned the WaveMark SaaS lifecycle for six health systems — including Johns Hopkins and Cleveland Clinic — deploying RFID and Kanban inventory tracking into 500+ procedural and nursing areas.
I hold an MS in Health Data Science from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Health Administration and Neuroscience from the University of Illinois (summa cum laude), and carry the operational certifications you’d expect — Six Sigma Black Belt, ADKAR, CPHIMS, SAFe.
A decade between boardrooms and bedsides.
Led a 52-person team — five managers, 44 analysts, three interns — owning enterprise platform implementation, migration, and operational support across multi-site operations. Directed end-to-end Birchstreet onboarding across 100+ venues, completed enterprise Azure Active Directory rollout unifying hundreds of disconnected applications under a single SSO and access governance model, and implemented AI-driven business and labor forecasting to free management capacity for strategic work.
Led end-to-end onboarding and go-live of the WaveMark SaaS platform across six health systems — including Johns Hopkins and Cleveland Clinic — deploying RFID and Kanban inventory tracking into 500+ procedural and nursing areas. Owned the full customer lifecycle from discovery through hypercare, partnered with Sales during pre-sale scoping, and served as the primary technical escalation point during go-live and stabilization. Delivered $2.6M+ in documented savings and a 50% reduction in expired inventory.
Drove inventory accuracy and waste reduction through audits and clinical team partnerships. Promoted to Senior SaaS Implementation Specialist after six months.
Maintained continuous PRN ICU practice across all corporate roles — keeping frontline clinical insight informing enterprise healthcare technology and operations work. Operate in high-acuity, time-critical environments, making rapid decisions during code and rapid-response events. ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certified. Employee of the Month (×7), Service Value Award (×11).
